We coordinate all signing logistics and handle stamp duty registration. A final tenancy compendium is delivered to you, containing the signed agreement, inventory report, and a summary of key dates and obligations.

Living well in Singapore's tropical climate requires attentive home care. This ongoing service assigns a dedicated steward to manage all domestic logistics โ€” from regular air-conditioning servicing and dehumidifier maintenance to scheduling pest control and coordinating with building management.

Your steward also handles ad-hoc requests, whether arranging furniture delivery or liaising with interior designers. Quarterly walkthroughs and a detailed condition report keep you informed of your home's status.
